• No Breakfast offered 
• Rooms are not guaranteed until deposit or partial amount is paid for the balance. 
• Guest will have to pay full or partial amount 7 days before arrival to secure the rooms. Mohican will not guarantee the rooms if there is no payment.  
• No Refund on deposit once the reservation made. 

• ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND or FREE CANCELLATION  or Reservation adjustments for the reservation on Weekends, Long weekend holidays and Lake George special festival days 

• Mohican will deduct the $20 credit card processing and $10 incremental for each additional credit card transaction. Mohican charges this fee to cover for the credit card transaction cost which hotel incurs.  

• NO REFUND If guest must leave before completion of the reservation period
•  Incidental fee will be charged as pre-authorization for every reservation . Mohican will not honor reservation if guest will not have valid credit card for preauthorization.
• Mohican Amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, Fire pit – with fees, and Game area) are only open everyday during the season , May-October 
• Mohican Management can apply full discretion in certain circumstances, where the amenity needs to shut down. 
• Starting from May, 2025 Mohican will charge $25 resort fees for each reservation, for each night which will allow guests and family to use the amenities.
• Guests will be fined of $200 for using the Mohican amenities without paying resort fees.
• Mohican NOW allows pets! following rules apply, Pets NOT Allowed in Four bedroom house and HoneyMoon Suite
  • ONLY 1 pet allow per room
  • pets only allow in certain rooms and pet permission will dependent on room availability
  • any pets under 60lb will be charges $60 per room for 1-3 night reservation and $120 for 4-7 nights reservations. Pets large then 60 lb will be charged $120 and $140 respectively.
  • any undisclosed pets will be charged of $200. Non-negotiable and Mohican holds the rights to remove the guest
  • Pet owners are responsible for additional cleaning fees of $100 if the room will be find with excessive trash, pet damage on furniture, floor , pet smell etc.

• Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 when on property
• NO SMOKING POLICY:  We are a 100% Non-Smoking hotel, and violation of this simple policy may result in hefty fines, starting at $250. Smoking on the balcony and patio is not allowed, smoking in front of the room or parking lot area as it’s still considered part of the hotel. There are two designated areas in Hotel for the Smoking which needs to be used. if Mohican management and staff will find anyone breaking this policy will be charged $100 on their credit card right away for the first offense.  Guest will be asked to vacate the room immediately for the subsequent offense. 

• No unregistered guests are allowed to use swimming pools, hot tub or anywhere on the property in the event you have unregistered visitors you are responsible for their safety while on Mohican property. If expecting visitors, please make sure they stop by the office to sign in if all guests are not registered, Mohican management do not know they are on property, and they consider trespasser and claim no responsibility for them and will report to Local Authorities. 

• While a guest or visitor (registered or not) on Mohican property you must only walk on pathways please stay off Rocks, plant beds, stones, grass and/or any areas not designated for foot traffic. 

• It is the guest’s responsibility to read the signs and follow the cautions on wet, icy, wooded, stoned areas. Due to the nature of the property structure and Extreme Lake George weather, and even with best management efforts property might have some hazardous condition and guests need to apply due diligence and follow the signs. Guest requires to report any incident may occur to front desk or Mohican is not aware about it and claim no responsibility. Same will apply to Trespassers/unregistered guest/uninvited guests.

• Parking. If you are going to have more than two vehicles per room, please address the front desk so they can help you find a location for your vehicle. Our lots can get very congested during busy times. This small step can avoid any accidents. Guests are responsible for their car safety. 

• Any person above room capacity will not be allowed. Extra person require additional room

• NO SHOW POLICY: Guests that have no-show for their reservations prevent the hotel from selling the room. Therefore, reservations that no-show will be charged the full amount and tax the credit card provided at time of booking. 

• INCIDENTALS: We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damage or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. 

The security deposit will be fully refunded if the room is found to be in satisfactory condition with no damage, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items, smoking smell, or unpaid additional charges.  Please note Mohican staff do regular pre check in and post check out room inspections with videos and photo as needed and hence we Adhere to our incidental policy strictly. 

Guest package policy: The hotel Do NOT allow guest to receive packages and special deliveries at the property.  Mohican Resort Motel is NOT responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. 

Mohican is not responsible for Guest’s personal belonging. It is guest responsibly to secure the personal belongings.
