• All cancellations require 7 days advanced notification. Deposits will be refunded if room is re-rented and no loss is incurred by Mohican Motel.
• NO REFUND If guest must leave before completion of the reservation period
• NO CASH, Only Credit Cards
• $200 Incidental will be charged as pre-authorization for every reservation . Mohican will not honor reservation if guest will not have valid credit card for $200 pre-authorization
• Mohican Amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, Fire pit, and Game area) are only open everyday during the season , May-October 
• Mohican Management can apply full discretion in certain circumstances, where the amenity needs to shut down. 
• Starting from May, 2025 Mohican will charge $25 resort fees for each reservation, for each night which will allow guests and family to use the amenities.
• Guests will be fined of $200 for using the Mohican amenities without paying resort fees.
• Mohican don’t allow Pets. Undeclared pets will be charged fine of $200

• Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 when on property

• No unregistered guests are allowed to use swimming pools, hot tub or anywhere on the property in the event you have unregistered visitors you are responsible for their safety while on Mohican property. If expecting visitors, please make sure they stop by the office to sign in if all guests are not registered, Mohican management do not know they are on property, and they consider trespasser and claim no responsibility for them. 

• While a guest or visitor (registered or not) on Mohican property you must only walk on pathways please stay off Rocks, plant beds, stones, grass and/or any areas not designated for foot traffic. 

• It is the guest’s responsibility to read the signs and follow the cautions on wet, icy, wooded, stoned areas. Due to the nature of the property structure and Extreme Lake George weather, and even with best management efforts property might have some hazardous condition and guests need to apply due diligence and follow the signs. Guest requires to report any incident may occur to front desk or Mohican is not aware about it and claim no responsibility. Same will apply to Trespassers/unregistered guest/uninvited guests.

• Parking. If you are going to have more than two vehicles per room, please address the front desk so they can help you find a location for your vehicle. Our lots can get very congested during busy times. This small step can avoid any accidents. Guests are responsible for their car safety. 

• Any person above room capacity will be a $50 charge per person/per night. 

• NO SHOW POLICY: Guests that have no-show for their reservations prevent the hotel from selling the room. Therefore, reservations that no-show will be charged the full amount and tax the credit card provided at time of booking. 

• INCIDENTALS: We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damage or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. 

The security deposit will be fully refunded if the room is found to be in satisfactory condition with no damage, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items, smoking smell, or unpaid additional charges.  

Guest package policy: The hotel Do NOT allow guest to receive packages and special deliveries at the property.  Mohican Resort Motel is NOT responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. 

Mohican is not responsible for Guest’s personal belonging. It is guest responsibly to secure the personal belongings.
